Use BethINI to change mouse related sensitivity settings via the Interface tab. However, turning it to on actually seems to alleviate the issue of aiming since the hotfix, but it's not anything like where it was. ago bMouseAcceleration is a non existing INI setting. In my OS settings I have mouse acceleration turned off.
